Information for Presenters

1. Presentation Time

The time allotted to each presentation will be as follows:
15 min. talk + 5 min. discussion.

2. Equipment

A Windows laptop computer for common use is available in the conference room for your presentations.
Please bring your presentation data with USB storage device.
Audio output is not available.

**Notes when using your own laptop for presentation**
Please bring all required connection cables for your own laptop, a power adapter, a transformer, and a d-sub 15-pin adapter to connect to computer.
If you use your own Mac computer, you will need the appropriate VGA video adapter.
